- Data pipeline -- email ingestion, Excel parsing, newsletter generation
- The wiki/entities/b2bpaper-scraper -- sibling Crawlee+FastAPI project for data collection

DeployStaff's technology capabilities are paired with Morichal Trading's domain expertise. Neither side can succeed alone:
- DeployStaff can build the AI matching, but without Morichal's mill relationships, there is no data to match
- Morichal can open doors with mills, but without DeployStaff's platform, there is no scalable marketplace
This complementary structure is reflected in the 50/50 ownership split.
